We are going to be in Disneyland, staying at the Grand Californian, for our 12th anniversary... ( which is October 12! But we will be checking in Oct 13 with ABD) I want to surprise my hubby with a room delivery. I have looked through the options on the Disney florist site and did not see anything that would work. either food my hubby would not like, too expensive or too childlike. Any suggestions? Any local companies who will deliver to the hotel? no flowers.
Does the hotel do pre arranged room service deliveries? My hubby loves good cookies and milk, or chocolate covered strawberries...would the hotel have options like this? I want to surprise him and he is hard to catch off guard. If I start making odd phone calls or acting mysterious, the gig is up...lol....so I need to plan this before we leave on Oct 10.
Help! We have a tradition of surprising each other with fun, romantic gestures during our anniversary trips. sometimes a game,or hunt is involbed or riddles; it is not about money spent, more about thoughtful, detailed gifts. According to our friends, I am the queen of this, and my hubby is the king! He is completely amazing at surprising me with fun things to do, thoughtful gifts, momentos and experiences! apparently I am more oblivious, it is easy for him to surprise me!
I have other things planned, I just want to do some sort of fun in-room - maybe food based - surprise. (Not a cake.) no rice crispy treats or such. The man is basic. Chocolate chip cookies and milk, chocolate covered fruit, etc. no alcohol. if there is any outside company that has a website or suggestions, that would be wonderful!
