Gift Delivered for Check In

Hello!

We went to Disney last year for our honeymoon and when we arrived to check in, we had a gift waiting for us from my cousin. She had been there a week before on vacation and bought us bride and groom ears and had them sent to our resort so they were there when we arrived. It was a nice surprise!

We have friends that are getting married in late August and will be staying at the Poly the first week in September. I'd like to call Disney and buy bride and groom ears for them and have them sent to their resort so that when they check in, they are there for them with a note from us.

Do you think they would do this? If so, who do I call to do this?
