ok - so we know that the US Disney gift cards are not accepted at DLP. But are there CLP gift cards that can be purchased ahead of time that can be used there?

Yes I believe I’ve seen them for sale recently at shop tills. They weren’t available in 2016 as we specifically asked for a Christmas present, but they seem to have popped up more recently.
