Gift cards accepted?

We will be dining with Chef Mickey at his restaurant on June 1. We have received some disney gift cards coming .... are they able to be used to help pay for the meal there? Are they accepted? Has anyone tried to use them before?

I've used Disney gift cards at tons of CS and TS restaurants in the parks and hotels. Just check the back of the card to make sure it says it can be used in the "Walt Disney World Resort" and you can use it anywhere on property.
