We are at Pop now. We checked in on Monday. We went to front desk (through online check in line) when we arrived at about 8:30-9:00am. Room wasn't ready (as we were so early). We weren't offered the GC for declining housekeeping but when I asked about it they said absolutely yes! It was a nice little treat to have extra spending money. We received $15 per night (but not the first night since our room was obviously already made up). We are emptying our own garbage and calling for towels/shampoo/conditioner every other night - they are delivering everything that we need very promptly. I'm even requesting extra shampoo/conditioner for my teen girls with lots of hair! They are bringing me 3-4 bottles of each when they come. No problems keeping room tidy and pulling up bed sheets each morning. When they bring fresh towels, we are returning used/dirty towels. While I know it's not for everyone, it's working for our family and I would do this again.Thanks so much @hakepb and @hiroMYhero. I forgot they were restricted to certain stores.
I won't count on it since it appears they're still sold out @hiroMYhero? I am hoping for a GC at my resort for declining housekeeping as it's currently in test at Pop, if it's still offered when we arrive. Every little bit helps!
I have two teenage daughters and they are not so tidy lol ... but it's really no problem keeping things tidy
