gift card at restaurants? plus f! question

Hello disers! I am not sure if this is the best place to post this, but can I use my $200 gift card with the 4/3 deal to pay at disney restaurants in parks? And what about at DTD stores and restaurants? Also, if I book F! dinner package, do I have to pay up front on a credit card, or do you just reserve with a card and then pay after the meal? And if so, could I use the gift card to pay for it? Thanks for any help!!
