Gift Basket Pics!

Hi Y'all! I wanted to show you all a few of our welcome baskets by Disney Floral. We had a few others made, but these are the only ones I could find pics of! We also made many of our own welcome bags with lots of Disney goodies!

This one we had made for my brother. It's Pirate themed and had all the new POC beanies, beer, candy, chocolate coins, pirate hat & patch, & lots of other goodies! My brother loved it and didn't take it apart for a few weeks- he just liked looking at it!

This is the one we had made for my DM- the base is a Mickey cutting board and there is a tote bag, watch (we picked it out at DTD), & lots of other hidden surprises!

Disney Floral used a really nice leather Mickey head shaped box for the one for my DD. There are a lot of sentimental things in this one. At DTD, I got a collectable/LE Mr. Toad's Ride Car figurine- my Dad and I use to go one this ride at least a few times first thing when MK opened. It was a tradition! I also got him a new Disney stapler b/c Mickey broke off his old stapler from his original Mickey desk set. There are also a few other things in the basket including a set of Mickey ears with my DD's name on it!

Disney Floral did a great job with all the welcome baskets we ordered. We had a few that were cooking themed and such! They are so creative and fun to work with. They were a big hit!

Steph those are great. When you say that you picked the stuff out-- how did you get it to disney floral so they could get it together in a basket? Did that come off of your basket total? For some reason I thought you just tell DF everything you want and they go get it-- and put it together with one price tag. Any suggestions for me for next time?

We made arrangements with our wonderful floral person, Laura, to go over to DF and look at everythign they had available. Laura's assistant ended up helpign us- she spent a lot of time with us. We got to go thru their store room and we picked out a lot of stuff. I then saw that they had a selection of watches, but they didn't have exactly what I wanted for my Mom. They said we could go over to DTD and buy stuff there and DF would pick it p and incorporate it into the baskets. They didn't charage us an extra fee for pick-up or anything. All they asked is that we drop our purchases all off at one store- Art of Disney.
We also had them put in a few things we had gotten from other places and they acutally did some gift wrappign at no charge as well on other gifts we had to give out. They would not accept gratuities either!
They were great to work with.
I would call you floral person next time you go and they will work with you from there!

Those are sooo cute! Did you have them delivered to the person's room? I was hoping to do something like that for my guests, but wasn't sure how it worked. Do I just give Disney floral their names and which resort they're staying at?
