Gift Basket Information

I know I read something a few months back about a company/service that delivers gift baskets for kids on the DCL. Can someone give me that information and ideas of what kind of baskets were a huge hit for your kids? I have DS 3 and DS 7... DS 3 will be celebrating his bday on the ship and we wanted to do something special. Thanks!!

Shirley is wonderful about answering questions on the boards, local arrangements, etc. She will do whatever you want with the gift basket.

Does anyone know if balloons can be delivered with the gift baskets from Shirley?

There's an official policy about no balloons on the ship. If a guest brings balloons into the terminal they will be kept there and can be reclaimed after the cruise. I'm not sure how enforced this policy is (there are lots of things that you supposedly can't bring that are brought on all the time!)

So...my guess would be no balloons in the baskets.

Shirley is awesome- her baskets are so nice!! My DD's 5th bday was on our cruise in Sept 2007- it had a balloon. SOme pics of DD and my nephew with their baskets. My nephews was pirate themed- DD's was princess/pirate themed. They played with them alot during the trip.
