Now that I am a grown up  , I am taking my mom to WDW this April. I want to give her a gift basket while we are there. I have no idea what types of things I should include. She is not really a stuffed animal/name badge type of person. I plan on using Peggy's services, even if that means I have to have her "custom" shop for me. The basket doesn't have to be big, I just want it to be magical :wizard: . Any ideas on what a 53 year old mom might like?

just wanted to say i am going in nov and plan on using peggy too,for my 2 kids,,,,,how about some antenna toppers,,,coffee mug,,it also depends on how disney she is,,,what about trading pins,,,candy,,,have fun,,,

What about a small journal and pen, or a small picture frame or photo album. The small snowglobes are cute and fun too.
Hope that helped a little!!

Will you be using the pool much? Maybe she would like a beach towel, water bottle or insulated mug, sun visor or hat, sunglasses, sandals or flip flops, etc. An entire pool party basket :sunny: :smooth:

I've recently had a lot of clients request pre-made mini-albums (Disney Scrapbooks) that you just add your pictures to. I think something like that would be a great gift for your mom.

Depending on how much time you had you could even make it which would make it all that more special.

I'm in my mid 40's and I love the Disney Photo Albums. They are about $20.00/$25.00 for the ones that hold about 200 pictures. It is a must to put all your pictures in when you get home.

I also, love to get a new Disney t-shirt and of course a couple of really cute antenna toppers.

There are other "adult" type gifts that I would like too, but they are usually pretty expensive, so this ends my my list of things.

As others have said, a coffee mug, sunglasses or beach towel would also be nice. If your mom collects something and Disney has some form of it, you could always add that too.

I would stay away from anything too childish. Fun yes, childish no! She is gonna love it. What a great daughter you are!!!! :)

By the way, who is Peggy? :)

She is a Dis member who does gift baskets. Her site is Peggys Sweets and More.
