Gift Bags

Hello-
I know there have been many threads on the topic of Welcome bags- I am beginning a search. I have a family on the swim team that I coach that owns a t-shirt shop - I have my logo, so I will probably go thru them to get the bags so they will do the logo.

On our planning trip last week we found YC & BC "Dry Boxes" for half off, so they were 3 bucks!
I know I am putting in a folder w/ maps, Iterneary and welcom letter.
Kool Ais/ Crystal singles, pen and post its - I am trying not to spend a fortune.
Ponchos any other ideas?

I was going to add some Disney Dollars to my bags as well - there are new Cinderella ones on the singles that were really cute and I thought it would be a nice way to incorporate the Disney theme

I don't know how much you want to spend but I went to panamajack.com and ordered little 4 oz sunscreens to include. I also did the door hangers which everyone seemed to like the most. For those staying at hotels with coffee pots, i included single pot coffee packets.

With mine, most of my family have never been to WDW so i wanted to have a real disney theme to mine -

Welcome packet - with map, itinery and details of our elcome dinner and MVMCP
Hawaiian Lei - to wear at our welcome dinner
Disney postcard and disney pen.
Disney playing cards
Mickey mints
Disney dollars

For the family that are staying in the villa i also added a bag of the mickey pasta, a mickey tea towel and mickey coffee.

Ive also done a kids one for my cousins which includes a Mickey mouse cup (one each) some disney dollars, a finding nemo blow up beach ball, a disney activity book and crayons.

I would be interested to know where you got these:
Disney postcard and disney pen.

Mickey mints
Disney dollars

Is it best to buy it out there or can you get it in the uk?

I managed to get those out there but, i also searched on ebay! Some lovely person on the UK boards got me the postcards and pen for me when they went out!

Pen & Paper

Custom M&M's in our wedding Colors inside Wilton Favortins topped with a logo sticker

And a Purple Folder with a Logo Sticker (folders were 10 for a $1.00 at Staples)

We then put in maps, crossword we made, search a word & hidden mickey info.

our welcome bags consisted of personalized canvas bags with our itiniary, welcome card & disney dollars, water bottles, snack bags, muffins, wedding candles, palm tree journals, stamped postcard, sunscreen, mickey cards, disney books & stickers and some toys for the kids.

Dry Boxes are those rectangular boxes that hang around your neck for keys and money- They stay dry for when you are at the pool!

I found some tink folders at Wal-Mart and some donald and goofy coloring books at Dollar Tree that were a dollar!
