GIft bags for my DS 10th birthday

We are having my sons bday party this Saturday...RSVP's are due back tomorrow and as all you moms know that is probably not gonna happen. Last year and hour before the party I had 5 people call say they are coming. I mean its really no big deal I just LIKE to have a head count and not have to buy more gifts if not neccessary bu whatever they are only little once. BUT my question any clever ideas for a gift bag??? THey are 10 and its a mix of girls and boys. I was thinking of ordering special cookines from the bakery, or getting taffy apples, but then theres the NUT allergies, HELP....

Mixed boys and girls and the gift bags had sports related trinkets in them. Mini soccer ball, skateboard, some silly bandz and some candy.

All of it junk as always, she played with it on the car ride home, and then we threw it away when we got home, except the silly bandz. The candy was consumed before we even got home.

So, I guess, no, I do not have any "good" suggestions. Edibles would have been her choice,but not mine!

Right now with Halloween there are bunches of "fun" size candies out - fill a bag with some.

Pens and/or pencils, small notepads or books. Bookmarks......

One mom used to give out a bag of candy and a toothbrush I guess the toothbrush offset her guilty conscience LOL
