Ghost Stories???

I got all spooky from the Ouija Board thread and wondered if anyone had any spooky stories to share??

Once when I was about 4, I was sleeping in the basement at my aunts house. I woke up in the middle of the night and there was a dark haired little boy about 5 or 6 standing at the foot of my bed. He told me to go upstairs to my mom.

So, I go upstairs and crawl in bed with my parents.

That night there was a fire in the basement.

I always wonder if I dreamed it, or if it was really.

Da, Da, Da, Da (spooky twilight zone sound effect here)

I didn't personally experience this but, I believe it's entirely true nonethless.....

When my grandpa died, my baby bro was 8 days old....grandpa was in the hospital, my Mom was at home with baby bro, unable to be at the hospital with her Dad. While my Mom fed baby at approx. 3am, she heard a knock at the door. She says she KNEW who/what/why and, just sat there, very sad and, cried.

When Mom got the call a few hours later, she already knew but, asked anyway...when did Dad die?

You guessed it, right before the knock on the door at 3am. He was saying Goodbye, in my Mom's opinion.

I really like this story but, it saddens me, too.

Not sure it's creepy tho.
