Ghost Galaxy now open?

I'll head to the park tomorrow and I just checked the app to see if perhaps HM had opened today instead of the scheduled date of tomorrow. As I expected, it hasn't. Looks like Ghost Galaxy is open, though. Can anyone verify? Again, I'll be at the park tomorrow and will check but I was curious.

According to the app it opened at noon. So it was closed for a few hours this morning for the change over.

Back when hyperspace returned in May they said it takes about an hour to do the change over since the projections etc. are already programmed.

How scary is this? I watched a YouTube and the fire ghost thing was scarier than I expected but I'm wondering how well you can see it and what the music is like? My youngest is finally tall enough and loves thrill rides but isn't fond of suspenseful music in movies...

I cannot stand the ghost galaxy version. The music is fine but the images are just creepy and disturbing to me. I would never take a little kid on it. I see it as causing nightmares. There are warning signs to beware that it may be very scary to little ones.

My DD did NOT like Ghost Galaxy at ALL (she was 8 at the time). She loves Space Mountain, but not GG. She closed her eyes on it after the first run.
