Ghirardelli and Beaches and Cream

This question might have to go without an answer... BUT... my DD has an egg allergy but ADORES everything ice cream! I would like to hit up one of these two places when we are in Disney, but a lot of ice cream has eggs in it. Does anyone know what brand ice creams these establishments serve? I would hate to show up at one or the other and find that all of their ice cream has egg. My daughter usually is very good when she can't have something, but to go out of our way to these places only to find she can't have it would be a mess.... plus the rest of the family would never go eat ice cream and tell her she can't have any! It would just be a huge waste of our time! Any help appreciated!
