Easyjet customer care were kind to infrom me that to get the best and cheapest price on flights was to book as soon as they came available so somedays I was checking the website 3 times a day and eventually on 9th May the flights for October came out. The prices I thought were a bit steep but taking into account what they told me I booked them.
NOW the price has been reduced significanlty, totally going against what they told me, I would save £70 if I booked them now. So with their price promise they have given me a refund of the difference but not as cash only as credit to be used in the next 6 months which is highly unlikely that I will be able to use it as it is so expensive to go on holidays. I have tried moaning at them and begging them to extend it but they wont I am so dissappointed, it wouldnt be so bad if it was a price promise against another airline but it isnt it is the same flight with easyjet going against everything customer servies told me!
