I wasn't sure about putting this here or up with dining. My autistic son is on the GFCF (gluten free and casein free diet) and we are planning our next trip back to the world. On our last trip (10/07) he was not on the diet fully - only milk free, so it was a little bit easier. I know the chefs can accomodate his diet at most table service restaurants - so I am wondering about the dining plan... Should we do deluxe and have the option for more TS as opposed to counters or should we stick to the regular and bring in our own foods for him? Just wondering how others with ASD kids on the GFCF diet had success.
Thanks in advance
