GF Toiletries Exchange?

I have stayed at the GF in the past and will be staying at concierge for Christmas and New Years. I don't like the GF shampoo/conditioner, soap and hand cream. It has no tie-in to being at WDW and frankly, leaves a film on my hair and skin. I've stayed at the Contemporary and Disney Inn (now SOG), where they offer the "Mickey Mouse" Toiletries, which I LOVE!! I am staying at the GF concierge in December. My question is, can I request the Mickey Mouse ones, or am I stuck with stickiness? If so, who do I ask?

I have never seen the Mickey ones at the GF. I remember reading a trip report a year or so ago where a gentleman requested the Mickey soaps, and was told that they were not available. I always take my own toilitries as I don't like either.

I don't know if you can get the Mickey stuff or not, but I have to say that I can't believe you actually like that Mickey Mouse shampoo! I don't know what kind it is, but it always leaves our hair totally dull, limp, and lifeless. We hate it! We always bring our own stuff.

I never use hotel tolietries. My advice is the same as the other posters bring your own.

I'm just back from a night at the GF and there were Mickey soaps and toiletries in addition to the regular GF ones. In fact they're sitting on my bathroom shelf right now!

Humm, that's good to know. Wonder when they started that up? My latest stay there was in July.

Curious, what toilitries were in the GF labels and which were in the Mickey labels?

We returned home from the GF a little over a week ago and there were GF and Mickey toiletries in our bathroom. The shampoo was Mickey, the other toiletries were GF.

We had both Mickey and GF shampoo, bath soap and body lotion. This was in Sugar Loaf concierge.
