GF to MK how long?

Using the monorail, about how long will it take us to get from GF to MK? We will be at MK and then taking DD5 to the GF Wonderland Tea Party in the afternoon. Just wondering if DH and I would have time to go back to MK and do Haunted Mansion and Pirates without her, since she doesn't want to do those. She'll be at the Tea Party from 1-2:30. What are your thoughts? Could we pull that off if we have fastpasses, or should we just hang around the resort?

It will only take 8 minutes or so to take monrail from GF to MK because it is the next stop but coming back from MK you have to make all the stops, cont, TTC, Poly and then GF which will take at least 30 min if there are no crowds. Anything is possible depending on crowds and how fast you walk!!! Might be pushing it

I think you could do it - depending on what day of the week it is and what time of year. If you time the monorail right, you could be back at MK in about five minutes (maybe 15 TOPS if you had to wait for one). Keep in mind that the ride back to GF will take longer since it's the last stop - so plan for 15-20 minutes to get back.

HM and Pirates are pretty far back, but figure another 10-15 minutes to get in the gate and back to Liberty Square. If there's no wait, HM takes about 10 minutes to ride and Pirates probably 10-15. So the total time with no waits anywhere would be about 60-70 minutes. That gives you a 20 minute buffer for a line or waiting for a monorail.

HM doesn't typically have much more than a 5-10 minute wait. At that time of day, though, Pirates could have a decent line. If this is Christmas week, forget about it, but any other time I think you can do it.
