GF to Boarwalk..Is it posible....?

After having dinner at the Grand Floridian, We would all like to go to the Boardwalk. Can this be done.... Catch the Monarail at the GF and take it to Epcot. At Epcot, take a ferry to Boardwalk.

Any other suggstions on how to get from the GF to the Boardwalk?

How about the bus from GF to DowntownDisney and then a bus from DTD to Boardwalk? Only one transfer and you don't have to walk though Future World and part of World Showcase.

Only if both parks Magic Kingdom and Epcot will be open during that time.

A taxi is the easiest.

Take the taxi, BOTH ways!
you'll have alot of fun at Jellyrols, Atlantic Dance, ESPN....before you know it, that'll be the ONLY way home!

This was about our most frustrating event! We tried to get home to Poly from the Boardwalk at 8:00 ( MK closed at 7:00 last week). We did not know that there is not a bus to TTC from the Boardwalk. Same would hold true trying to get to the GF. After the 3rd bus came, was asked how to get back and were told to go to DD and transfer. Now we wasted 1/2 hour on our stupidity of not knowing what bus to take but there is not a way to know unless you ask someone? We transferred in DD but waited 40 min for that bus and the entire trip took 1h 45 min. We should have taken a cab or walked thru Epcot.
The busses are one thing that are not easy to figure out with out alot of specifics, there are no "schedules" or signs. Does anyone know if there is a site dedicated to "the best way to get from here to there?" LOL
