GF Room Request

I am doing my online check in for our stay at The Grand Floridian and I'm not sure what to put for room requests. What we really want is to be close to the pool but our options are Ground Floor, Upper Floor, Close to Transportation, or Elevator. Should I call to make my request or would one of these options also be close to the pool?

I'd call and ask them to note that you would like to be close to the swimming pool since none of those would help with being close to either pool.

I would call and request the Big Pine Key building. It is close to both pools and the main building. Farther from bus and boat transportation and quick service though.
