GF parking?

We are surprising our DD with MVMCP tomorrow night and my DH wants to go to the GF before the party and see the Gingerbread house in the lobby. Is the parking there free just for say 30 minutes or so?? And what is the best way to get the MK parking area from there?

It would actually be easier to just park at the MK lot and take the resort monorail to GF. Self parking at GF is across the street from the resort (and in my opinion, quite a walk). So unless you want to valet (which is not free), and since you are planning to move the car to MK parking later anyway, I would just park there to start with.

Yes parking at TTC(MK lot) would be easiest, also you may want to plan for more than 1/2 hour at the GF, the gingerbread house is beautiful and if you want to get in line to buy any gingerbread the line can be very long.

Another reason to park at the TTC is that to get from the Grand Floridian to the TTC, you have to loop around. You can't just take a left out of the Grand Floridian and go to the TTC. It's a one way road.
