has anyone truly announced the first one yet?

i have stayed at the poly and love it. we go to gf for dinning, tea and shopping, but it seems so large for a dvc. the poly is more intimate.

i would like to see another dvc with a concierge level. both of these resorts have concierges but that does not mean that they would allow dvc on that level.

I vote for the POLY.....we always stayed there before DVC.....Not a big fan of GF

if the Polyn did become a DVC - it would mean for the Polyn - at least one more pool, plus a hot tub and gym.

right now the Polyn does not have a hot tub or gym.

so are the dvc members prepared to have the guests of the Polyn using these things - remember they are entitled to use the DVC parts like we are entitled to use the hotel parts.
