My wonderful husband-to-be just told me he has upgraded us to a honeymoon room at the GF for our Sept 2002 honeymoon. :bounce: He was going to surprise me at check-in, but he didn't realize there were two types. Now he want's to know if I have a preference. So...our question is, does anyone have a preference between the jacuzzi rooms or the turret rooms? I know that the jacuzzi rooms have MK views, but I doubt that we will be in our room during the fireworks. What kind of a view do you get in the turret rooms?

Thanks for your help! :D

The jacuzzi rooms are nice, but I'd have to go with the turret! :) They have lagoon and pool views. :)

Have fun!!! ;)

Thanks for the advice. The rooms look soooo nice. Also, thank you for the info you put on the FAQ forum...it's extremely helpful :) . I am so excited, I can't wait :bounce: :bounce:

I think that there are a couple turret rooms that you can see the castle from.... (Cali, do you know) I read it in Rick and Gayle perlmutters book (awesome book!!)

we stayed in a honeymoon room on the clarendon level, which is the jacuzzi rooms, we had the castle view. It was a very beautiful room, but I think I would pick the turret room next time! I think it's more romantic and dramatic!!!! however the turret rooms dont have balconies!!! that is the reason I picked the jacuzzi room!

you have to decide based on what will make you happier!!

Laura :)

Yes, there are 3 turrets (ending in 21) that have a partial MK view (over the courtyard).

BTW, I have noticed a lot of wrong information in Rick & Gayle's book, so I really do not suggest going by their GF information. :)

Laura, that is the same type of room we had. :) I thought it was great. :) :) :) :) There is nothing like standing on your balcony and watching the fireworks over MK. It feels like they are doing them just for you. ;)
