Just wanted to do a quick post here for anyone looking for good GF options...my ds and I both eat GF- We ate at The Wave for Breakfast buffet...it was AMAZING. We ate off the buffet(the safe foods) and got an order of GF sweet potato pancakes with the special butter..... I want to go back now!
Boma, excellent as always, love the GF Zebra domes! Kona for dinner.... the Taal Chicken was divine, and my ds loved the GF pasta dish with chicken- Boardwalk Bakery made a G

Good to know, thanks! I wondered about Boma; it's on my to do list. Sweet potato pancakes?! Sounds good!

We just returned from another great GF trip last week. Highlights for me were:

Sanaa: LOVED IT!!! Seriously, a wonderful meal! Gluten free naan with the bread service, Butter Chicken, Spicy Durban shrimp and Basmati rice was crazy good. Will definitely make Sanaa a priority on our next trip. I'm craving the Red Chili Sambal and Cucumber Raita condiments from the bread service. Oh, and the view was outstanding. :thumbsup2

BOG lunch: Roast beef sandwich on Millet bread with green beans. Really, really good! So much so that I want to know what kind of millet bread they use and where to get it. The beef was pink, warm and the bread was soft and tasted good.

Bongos: we've eaten here many times and it's always a good meal for me. Churrasco with chimichurri, black beans, rice and sweet plantains. They keep changing their menu, which I don't like, and the portions are smaller than a few years ago, but still a good meal and filling. The mojitos aren't bad either, lol!

Rose and Crown: Booked here for Illuminations and the view was AMAZING. The food offerings for GF weren't that good; basically unbreaded fish and chips. It was good, but not "WOW" like other meals I've had in WDW.

The Plaza: I didn't like their GF offerings (burger or grilled chicken sandwich) so I asked the chef to make a club sandwich with a GF bun and he accommodated. It was good, again not "wow".

Biergarten: We've eaten here many times too, and it's always a good choice. This time I had to wait longer for a chef to come and take me around the buffet. I know what I can eat there, but it's their practice to have the chef show which foods are safe.

Flame Tree: Always good.

Sassagoula for GF beignets: They were "ok", not fantastic. I was a little disappointed.

I love the gluten free pot pie at 50's Prime Time! Oh and another huge vote for Sanaa and Boma!! You may want to post over on the DISabilities board as well. There's lots of gluten free and allergy helpful folks there.
