GF/DF Food on the drive

Hello. My family and I are planning a trip for late April 2022. We are driving from Ontario, Canada Via Buffalo. My wife needs to eat both Gluten Free(GF) and Dairy Free(DF) and we are looking for suggestions for places to stop along the way that are GF and DF friendly.

For the trip we are driving straight and leaving on a Sunday Evening and arriving at Disney on Monday night. We are planning a Breakfast close to Wytheville, VA; Lunch near St. George, SC, and a dinner somewhere between Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, FL (depends on time and traffic). Looking for any restaurants, chains or grocery stores along the way. Any Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Burger21 was our favourite GF joint in Orlando, but both have since closed. They take particularly good GF precautions (separate prep spaces for GF/Regular food, different access points etc) and have an extensive food sensitivities list including dairy on the website. There is still one in Charlotte NC, but that might be a bit early to stop for lunch.

IMHO it is never too early for a good burger. I will look into this chain and see if we can work it out; if not on the way down maybe on the way home.
