GF Club level ?

When we've stayed CL at AKL, we've always gotten a call from the Concierge staff to go over our reservations and answer any questions we might have.
We're 65 days out from of GF Club stay, but have not heard from a Concierge yet.
Anyone know if and when we should expect that?

Getting contacted by them seems to be hit or miss, so you might still hear something but you might not. If there's something you need them to do or have questions, you can contact them.

When's the last time you stayed CL? The process changed earlier this year, just in case you didn't know. Here's who to contact:

Sometimes I get a call or a postcard from them, sometimes I don't. Regardless, don't hesitate to reach out to them if you need anything.
