My whole family is going to WDW this Xmas...

Would the afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian be appropriate for men & children? Ages range from 8 up to 19.

Thanks!!

I would think so, though my DH refuses to and gets a tee time instead =)

Each time I've been there have been men there, and there was a girl's birthday party on one visit and the girls seemed to be having a good time.

It will be fine.

I will say though that it IS predominantly women. There is always the stray man here and there. My dad always goes when we go and he loves it. My DH has never been but he wants to go.

My kids (boy and girl) have both gone and it is one of their favorite things.

It would depend on whether they would enjoy it or not. Its a great relaxing place ~quiet and a sea of tranquility in a lovely atmosphere. The tea and offerings are fabulous. My kids are alittle too young and would be too disruptive to others so I usually go for a little R & R.

I think the 2 husbands would like it..I think the kids 12, 9, 8 would like it...but I am not so sure about the 3 teenage boys :confused3 I may have to think about an alternative plan for them

sounds like my husband...except it would have to include some form of chocolate!

if I can only figure out what to do with the 3 teenage boys....

I would really like to do this event

Are they interested in the Richard Petty Driving Experience? The men could do that while you ladies do tea!

Or, maybe Disney Quest?
