Does anyone know if you must order from the takeout window if using a QS credit or can you order from inside the bar area?

That's a good question! I ordered from the window for my burger, but sat at the bar and ordered a beer from the bartender. I had two separate bills. If you could skip waiting in line to order that would be nice. Paying once would be nice also.

I hope someone can find the answer.

A Diser reported ordering from the QS menu within the bar/lounge area. However, since you are being served, an 18% gratuity is appreciated.

You can also place your order at the QS counter and choose to be served inside the lounge (which is what we did). We also left a tip.

The difference between QS counter to-go vs being served in the lounge - one gets cardboard boxes and the other gets real plates, flatware, cloth napkins, etc.
