Geyser Point ROCKS!

we also ate here in April and loved it! We paid OOP and ordered at the counter, we took a seat and they delivered the food to us. We tried to tip but was told they cannot accept tips. Only if you sit and order from the bar menu?? We felt bad she couldnt take the tip!

When you say you ordered at the counter, was that from the Geyser Point menu? Or did I see a QS next door?

the geyser point quick serve ordering spot. This wasnt Roaring forks, it was literally right near the bar and that seating area. They asked to find a seat and take the number and place it on the table. We sat by the water and waited for our food, delivered on plates with silverware and napkins. We offered the girl a tip, but she claimed they werent allowed to take it. Only the people working at the bar who hand you a different menu can take tips. Was weird and felt bad!

Great to hear! :flower1:We recently read the article about it in the Disney Files and it immediately went on our "must try" list. It looks like an awesome place from the picture!

We absolutely loved it this past April and plan to visit often next April. It was the best salad I had all week and the atmosphere was lovely. We always spend lots of time at Wilderness Lodge (our first resort stay as a family so tradition to visit at least once every trip but we often go several times as a break from MK). I was hesitant with Roaring Forks closed while we were there but very happy we tried Geyser Point.

We were at WL earlier this month and had breakfast at GP twice--it was okay, nothing special. The venue is very nice. We were never around to see what the menus are like in the afternoon or evening.
