Geyser Point closed?

My wife said she saw a Facebook post today that it’s been closed indefinitely. Say it ain’t so!

lol I was gonna say. Bareburger is about that much (for a much blander burger imo).

I thought Manhattan prices just made me numb to Disney ones.

The average person doesn't know how to order a bison burger. Never have it cooked more than medium-rare. Even medium is too try.

Not so sure about that. DH ordered his medium at Geyser Point and said it was delicious, not dry at all. He gave me a bite, and I agreed.

Medium does work at Geyser Point but PP is right, Med Rare is ideal for Bison due to the low fat content. Maybe the meat used at Disney is a blend of some sort? I honestly don't know.
