Can anyone tell me what the procedure is for getting your money back to the UK if you don’t have a US bank account?

I’m currently selling one of my contracts and I got the option of receiving the funds in a wire transfer or by check. Wire transfer have a $75 price tag on it.

If you have rented out to other guests for money you might have a tax liability with the selling / buyer Contract ?
