Getting VWL or BCV through II Flexpoints?

Just wondering if anyone has ever been able to get any of the Disney Vacation Club properties with Interval International Flexpoints? Our Interval International catalog lists all the Disney Club properties - but are there any available?

That's a difficult question to answer today, far more so than it was 2 months ago. Here's what I would have told you last year and we're speaking only of II and WDW resorts HH and VB are a little different. Your chances of getting any resort for Xmas or the 2 weeks around Easter would = zero as they are not deposited. OKW would be the only choice you could even hope for. Summer would be very difficult though not absolutely impossible ands you would have a chance for the rest of the time providing you have enough trade power. The idea that all units are available to all members during the 59 days is not totally true. The chances of Beach Club, Wilderness Lodge and Boardwalk would have been zero.

There was a relatively minor change in how this system works that will change the answers above only slightly. The change basically means that rarely you will see the other resorts deposited but you can still count on it not being the bussiest times (Summer, Easter, Xmas) and most deposits will still be OKW. I've seen one BCV studio on flexchange since the change but it's next year and this fall when I'd expect to see if the changes are having any affect in this area.

Thanks for the information. I own through Worldmark - so for very minimal points I can sometimes pick up a week at II resorts. I figured I'd just keep checking daily after the 59 day mark to see if anything comes up. We're going in early April so chances of getting anything are probably pretty slim. I already have other accomadations booked - but it would be really great to get something on site!

If anything comes up it's likely to be within 14-17 days out. Good luck.
