Getting to Walmart off the 5

I am trying to work out how to get to the shopping centre with Walmart and forever 21 that is just off the 5.
I think it is called Anaheim Plaza. My daughter will be staying at the Tropicana and she will not have a car. Any advise would be appreciated.

I would take a Lyft or an Uber. It should be under $10 each way.
