We are arriving at WDW tommorow, and would like to go to the Boardwalk for dinner ( no reservations) My question is how do we get to the Boardwalk from POP ? We have a car but dont think we can park at the Boardwalk hotels with out a reservation. Would rather take a bus if possible. We do not have park tickets for tommorow so we cant go thru Epcot. Thanks in advance.

Or you can walk after the bus's drops you off at DHS if you don't want to wait for the boat. The walk from DHS is only around 10 minutes.

Take your car. Ninety nine times out of a hundred they will let you park in their lot, worst case you can park across the street where
the cast members leave their cars.

You will be able to park at the hotels without a problem if it's not a busy period, especially if you are staying onsite. The security guard will scan your magic band and let you in to the Boardwalk or Beach/Yacht Club car park. We go in December and just say we've come to look at all the decorations and to dine (without an ADR) and we are let in. However, when it's Christmas eve/day etc we have to have a reservation to park at the monorail resorts as people park then head to MK to avoid the TTC crowds. You will be fine, just drive.

I believe Boardwalk parking is closely guarded during F&W (now), although they should let you park in the lot behind the gas station.

We stayed at the BWV last week and there is an electronic sign at the gate limiting self parking to registered guests of the BWI & BWV and for those with reservations at the restaurants. There was no sign directing visitors to the lot behind the Speedway gas station so that might be a CM parking lot.

Sorry, we have never been during Food & Wine so not sure of the dates/crowds, although I would love to try it one day. I can only go from our usual dates (10th-26th December) when, at the beginning of our trip, we've had no problems getting into the car park by saying 'we have come to look at the christmas displays'. I can understand why they would guard it during busy times, especially as it's just a short walk from the international gateway.
