getting to the airport

hi everyone
i need some advice about getting to the airport
we are flying outta logan on sunday the 13th my dad usually drives us as he lives in malden and we leave teh car at his house
then he picks us up
saving us a ton of $$
we we fly back on the 23rd a wed and everyone is working
so the options are take a cab from the airport to my dads and pick up the car
there are 4 of us and the baby has a car seat so i wasnt sure of that

a car service is 200
park at logan 150
stay at a hotel near the airport and leave car there almost 250
DH wants to do none of these buti cant find anyone around that wed to pick us up

anyone have any other ideas
i did think of logan express but thats still 50 bucks in tickets and then 11 a day to park

a lot of people rent a car locally for the day, drive it to the airport and return it there... upon return from your trip, do another one day car rental, picking up at airport and returning near home... a daily car rental is likely less expensive than all your other listed options...

might be our best option for the cost
i jsut hate to pay 200 for a ride to the airport

We always get a limo. It is a little expensive - probably $100 each way not including tip BUT. . . it saves us the drive (45 minutes), we don't have to worry about leaving/parking the car anywhere, and the kids think it's the coolest! (Us grownups do, too!) It's so nice getting into Logan knowing that someone is driving us home - in style. It's worth it in our opinion.

You and me both! I've been using Logan Express, but only because I don't park there (at $11 a day), I take a cab. But it's even cheaper for me to park at work and take the T - $1.25 each way, IF I only have one suitcase.
