Getting to restaurants from Boardwalk?

Just wondered - we are staying at Boardwalk Inn and have several ADRs for dinner at Epcot restaurants (Marrakesh, Tempanaki) as well as Coral Reef. How long does it realistically take to walk to these restuarants from BWI. Also, for Ohana from BWI - best to walk to monorail, or drive rental car?

Hi,

It's about a quarter-to-a-half mile walk from BW to the International Gateway entrance of Epcot. From the entrance, Marrakesh and Teppanyaki are relatively close to each other and relatively close to the entrance. It depends how fast you walk, but I'd say allow between 15 and 30 minutes. Coral Reef will take you a few minutes longer.

No doubt that the fastest way to Ohana from BWI is to drive.

Add extra time if you happen to show up at IG right after a Friendship boat load of people have disembarked. With bag searches and getting through the turnstiles, this will add 5 - 10 minutes to your trip (and, yes, this happened to me twice on our trip last week).
