Getting to Orlando premium outlets vineland

I am staying st Pop and need to get to the Premium outlets on Vineland, to take the shuttle to Legoland. I need to there for 8:30 and then of course get back. What is the best way? How much?? How long??

The quickest would be a taxi directly to the outlet mall. Travel time 20 minutes but no idea of how much.

Cheapest would be to take a free Disney bus to DTD if they offer one that early and then take a taxi for the short hop over to the outlet mall. But it's doubtful that Disney has a bus that early. Your hotel can tell you the answer to that one.
