Getting to Epcot on Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend

We have reservations for the Parisian Breakfast at Epcot on 11/2. This is also the morning of the Wine & Dine 10K. How crazy will it be to get to EPCOT? What would be the best strategy? We are not new to Disney transportation, but this is the first time going during a marathon weekend.

There is generally little impact on 5k and 10k days. Runners should be done by about 8 that day.
