Getting to Disney From Sanford?

What Is the best way to get to and from Disney resort from Sanford Airport? My going home flight is 6:00 in the morning meaning I would have to get to airport around 4:00 a.m.. Any Suggestions?:crazy2::drive:
 
You could get a one way rental to Disney and back. You could pick up rental night before.
