Getting to Concierge level for check-in?

I'll be staying in the Beach Club Concierge this week, and I was wondering how I can get to that level to check in? I got a call from a CM regarding a key that was sent to me. I never received it, and I doubt it will make it to me tomorrow. The CM mentioned something about what to do if I didn't receive the key. Unfortunately, she called at a bad time and I barely heard what she was saying.

When you get to the Beach Club, just pull around front to let the Bell Services take your bags. When they do, tell them you are staying concierge, but didn't receive your elevator key before you left.

They will be happy to take you up!
