Getting to Brunch at Chef Mickeys -

We are going to have brunch at Chef Mickeys one day -11:00 reservation. We won't be in any park that day -just going for brunch. What's the easiest way?
Valet? Taking the monorail (sounds like fun) - just driving up?

If you have a car then driving is the easy/fastest way. You can self-park or valet.

Without a car, it depends on where you are coming from. If you are at a WDW resort, but not a monorail resort, take the MK bus and then walk over from there. If at FW/WL, take the boat to the Contemporary.

Oh cool -so just drive up to the resort front entrance?

you can park in the resort parking lot during your meal. They used to give you a window pass for three hours but we haven't received one the last couple of times.

If you plan to go to MK or Epcot after your meal, take the bus to MK as mentioned above. The walk to the Contemporary is short or grab the resort monorail. It shouldn't be crowded at that time.

I agree- If you're not going to be in a park that day, just take your car. They'll probably ask to see your ID to confirm the reservation for brunch, but that's it! If you're at a resort with Monorail access, take that.. it's more fun!

If you have a car then driving will be your fastest way of getting to the Contemporary. Then when you arrive after the Cast Member at the guard shack checks your name off the Chef Mickey's ADR list, they will say you can either self park in the lots that are in front of the Contemporary or Bay Lake Tower. If you choose to valet park they will say to drive up to the main entrance.

Any idea how much valet will be?

years ago the valet parking price was raised to $12. It may have gone up since then.

We had an 11:15 ADR on 6/27. I think we may have parked 30 yards away from the front door of the Contemporary at most.
