Getting to a 8:10 Ohana Breakfast ADR from Port Orleans

Is this feasible? All the parks open on 9am that morning.

If so how to get there? Bus from Port Orleans to MK or Epcot and then monorail to Polynesian?

I made another ADR to Ohana for breakfast at 8:15am on a day that Epcot has EMH and opens at 8am. But, we are planning to go to MK that day, and I would like to get to the MK at least close to rope drop time. I am planning on canceling at least one of the ADRs.

you can take the bus to MK then do the monorail. the busses run early for breakfasts. if you're cutting it close on time, you might consider getting a taxi that will save you lots of time in the morning. $17 is worth an extra 30/45 minutes of sleep to me

I had a 7:30 reservation last October and we had to be at the MK bus stop for 6:45am (the bus went by at 6:55) and then the monorail to the Poly. I was there at 7:25 am

I read somewhere that the monorail doesn't start running until 1 hour before park opening. So, that would be 8:00 am on Friday. Is that cutting it too close for the 8:10 Friday reservation?

Is it easy to catch a cab? Are they usually waiting outside the resort lobbies?

I know one time I had an early ressie at Chef Mickeys and we were at All Star Movies. We were on the MK bus and because it was so early, he dropped us off at the Contemporary.

Bell services at any hotel can call you a cab. They must be queued up nearby, as I have never had to wait for than a a couple of minutes for a cab on property.

I always see cabs sitting outside of POP. Not sure how early they start waiting. We haven't had to deal with taking a bus for early ADR since we always get a rental car. I can get to Kona from POP it about 15-20 mins. Not the 1 hour plus, they recommend.

I believe the express monorail starts an hour before the parks open but that the resort monorail starts much earlier.

The resort monorail was running much earlier then 1 hour prior to park opening last October because we used it 7something am from MK with a 9am MK park opening.
