Getting tickets in time?

I am going to Walt Disney World March 27th through April 3rd for a sudden trip. I want to purchase tickets with my Disney Reward points, but do not know when the card will be coming and want to get my tickets . Can I purchase the tickets and use a code to link to MDE and get my fastpasses or will I have to wait for the actual tickets?

If you buy on-line or over the phone (order as "Will Call" delivery,) you will either see your tickets immediately (and automatically) in your MyDisneyExperience account,
or you can manually put the confirmation number of the order into your MDE account and instantly
be ready to make your FP+ reservations within your booking window.

You can't purchase the ticket until you get your rewards card though.
