This is for those of us on the DVC Member Cruise this October who want to get into shape before we get on the ship.
Tell us your goal and how you are going to meet it. I'll update the first post with all our goals. Then we can use this thread to support each other.

Cindy - 30 lbs.
Stacy - TBD
Amy - Eating Healthier
Diana - 40 lbs.
Gail - Eating Healthier and Exercising
Ann Marie - 40 lbs.
Chris - 50-60 lbs.

So, goal #1 would be to get back into the swing of things. I wish I could say that I would devote a specific # of minutes a day or a week, but our lives doesn't allow that. So, I will have to make a point of fitting my exercise time into the rest of the craziness we have around here. I should at minimum be able to exercise 2 x a week. With any luck, maybe 3. 

Each resolution has a specific color star and if I go Sunday-Saturday upholding it, I get that color star for the week. Well, 4 weeks in, I have 2 weeks with all 4 stars, 1 week with 3, and 1 week with 2---and that was a REALLY bad week.
Yeah, it was all downhill from there. I couldn't even function knowing there was an open bottle in the fridge, I was worse than an alcoholic. I got up in the middle of the night---glug, glug, glub, right out of the bottle!! I have no will power.

Maybe next time.
This is me today -- and I'm not doing jumping jacks! 
The only problem is, the average age of the people in the classes at my Y is about 87. Seriously, there were a ton of 90+ year old folks doing it. God Bless them! So, I figured I needed to start going to regular exercise classes and I'm really enjoying it. Plus, our Y has a great Kid's Corner, so I can leave the girls there to play for the hour I'm there.
