So on the old site all my dining reservations were there. The new site, only a handful. I called Disney Dining (since that's the only phone number listed) and asked if it can be fixed so I can see them all in one place as we're making some changes and not seeing them all is confusing me beyond.

The CM said "they're not linked to reservation, so they wont show up unless I cancel and rebook". Well some of these ressies were made at the 180 day mark and I'm not risking canceling to rebook and have them disappear in that small window and it really makes no sense as the old site showed them all.

So is there some phone number for the IT Dept that can maybe "link them to my reservation"or like everyone else, I just have to wait until they fix the issues and hope its before our trip.

Did you print them out?? Or have the email confirmations that you can print out?

I learned long ago that with the Disney website (new and old) always.print.it.out :headache:

Do you still have the emails that were sent to you when you made the ADR? With the confirmation number and your phone number you can manually add your ADRs to the new site. It's cumbersome, but possible.

Not all reservations can be added to the new site. I tried to go in one by one to add them and some of them wouldn't take. I had to call Disney Dining about something else and she said not to worry about it, just bring the confirmation numbers with us just in case.

I went through this as well. I finally sent them an email complaining about the new website and miraculously the next time I tried to manually enter my dining reservations they all went.

It took me more than a week but they all finally showed up. My dilemma was worse. My resort reservation would not show up. It kept saying I had the wrong phone number.

That makes no sense. I think the CM was just making things up.

The situation with the website right now is that it's messed up and being messed with. They've been working on this "new" site for at least 3 weeks, and it changes for some people every day, and doesn't show up at all for others, and is somewhere in between for others.

If you have the confirmation numbers, this isn't something I would *worry* about. If you have lots of time before your trip, I would just check on it, but be patient, and hopefully everything will work itself out once they finish it. If the trip is coming up soon (as ours is), I still wouldn't worry. Just get those confirmation numbers and times.

Oh, and the reservations are linked with the phone number. If you used the same phone number, assuming you have the luck of getting the site to come up and behave somewhat properly, they SHOULD be able to be linked. That's a lot of ifs and shoulds, though. :)

I had this problem too, but yesterday when I was trying to get some info about my booking, I was given the option to link my hotel reservation to the new website. No clue what I did differently this time, but once I clicked that I wanted to link my hotel reservation, all of my dining reservations linked over as well. :cool1:

idk if it's just slowly updating or if you need to keep trying. My guess is the former and at some point your reservations will transfer. In the meantime, I'd print out the email confirmations jic.

I can't even make a reservation online right now :(

It insists on a phone-number and apparantly only US numbers are acceptable to the site:confused3.... So it seems international visitors are required to spend hours on teh phone on an expensive international call if you want to book a meal.
Send an email to them, not had a reply yet.

I have all my old reservation/confirmation numbers but with some of the changes to reservations we've been making, we didn't print those out. I know I'm going to need to cancel some as we try and figure out the day and which meal times/restaurants will work best on those days. We're flying out in 30 days to be exact, so hopefully the website will pick them up by then. Thanks all!!

This is crazy. I just input my dining reservations into the new site yesterday, and it was my understanding that by putting my confirmation numbers in I was linking them to my package reservation.

If you've got your confirmation emails, print them and bring them to the restaurant with you. Disney is good about honoring those, regardless of their website.

The new site "link reservations" functionality has been down more than it's been up. If you're lucky, you'll find that it's up when you try to link your pre-December 10th ADR's. If you're unlucky, you'll go through the process and find that it gives you an error message at the end, or just doesn't work. If it doesn't work for you, come back the next day. They seem to be applying "patches" every night.

Over the last two weeks, I've gotten all my ADR's in, but my resort reservations are still either giving an error or pretending to work but not actually linking. The CM's have been no help, other than to tell me to try again tomorrow, "after the next patch is applied". Contact with guest relations by email resulted in an apology and a link to the legacy resort reservation site, which showed my reservation was still there.

C'mon Disney! This is no way to run a railroad!

Old site is currently pulling up for me. Maybe you can see them on there if it pulls up for you too. New one was up yesterday. It's almost comical now.

Thanks! :thumbsup2
I could make bookings on the old site just fine:cool1:
Not showing of course but at least got the confirmation email!!

Just call and they will give you the Conf no associated with your phone number.

I wish I could get the old site back -- even if just to view my ressies all in one place and figure things out. Multiple pages + DH overtired from working late hours = mass confusion.
