Getting refunded from Disney

Has anyone been refunded back from Disney after a cruise on your gift cards? We had a negative balance and it seems like I’m getting the run around on where it’s being refunded. Our travel agent gave us onboard credit and then I paid for onboard credit with gift cards. If you were refunded how long did it take?

Just recently was refunded. It took 5-10 business days for all the money to be put back onto the gift cards that were used. One gift card was refunded right at 5-days, then another at the 7-day mark and the last of my refund was placed back onto my Disney gift cards on day 10.
