Getting ready to Book for June

Am getting ready to book a 5 day trip in June 06.
Is there anything about any of the moderates or above that I should be leary of at that time. Is there a place that has all the refurbisments listed?

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the moderates. They all have been refurbished in the last several years.

We were also looking at Luxury but wanted to make sure there was no refurbisments going on durring stay. Is there a sight that lists hotels status, I have seen this board often mention Polynesain and Contemporary work.
