Getting Park Tickets Early

I've seen this asked a couple times but I can't find/remember the answers.

I'm staying with the free dining plan at POFQ. Can I get our park tickets a couple days early before checking in with the package? or do you have to wait until check in?

While this IS possible.. a lot of CM's are not aware of this and it is a somewhat tricky operation.

And there are problems that arise should you lose or mis-place a key after you check-in that has had the tickets 'stripped' off it early.

If you're going to do this .. you'll need lots of patience to find a CM who knows how and then once you DO check-in, hang on to your room keys like gold... cause if you lose one .. it's a problem.

What's the problem? Well apparently they can not cancel the lost key. So you'll have a key out there someplace with your dining credits and charging rights to your room.

This is simply not true! Cancelling a KTTW is never a problem. Replacing a KTTW with the same entitlements if the ticket portion has been removed from the package due to prior pick up can be. But it's not an insurmountable problem for any CM or supervisor that knows they system they work with.
