SO our trip is now here. The bags are 90% packed, babies are in bed, technology is charging. We have three checked bags for ME, 3 gate check items (2 strollers and 1 carseat- I did opt to bring it) and 10,000 carryons. I tried to combine them, but its not working. I don't have the appropriately sized rolling bag to get them into and still be a carryon size (might need to invest in one before our next plane trip). I have a book bag with diapers, change of clothes, and toys normal diaper bag stuff) plus muslin blankets, sweatshirts and my jacket (i get chilly on planes so I figure they might to). A small book bag with ready to feed formula (so it is easy to pull out for tsa) and a special seat thing to put the lap baby in once we take off that holds her/him on your lap so you can be hands free). A small rolling suitcase full of nighttime stuff (blankets and items they usually have in their cribs) so I can set up the pack and plays before we head to the park so when we get back I can just drop the babies in and not have to wait for ME to bring in the luggage before we leave or to have to weed through and find it after we get back. I also have PJs and nighttime diapers in that carryon. I might change them in the park so they can literally just be placed in bed when we get back. A second rolling suitcase filled with the stroller and park accessories (stroller rain covers, stroller fans, adult ponchos, baby wearing devices). Then a bag with my slr, gopro and iPad and all the cords and my husband will have his briefcase with any work that he may have to deal with while we are gone. Plus another bag that isn't exactly a carryon. It contains the padded bags for the gate checked strollers and carseat.

What am I missing/doing/forgetting? (i do have copies of their birth certificates in my purse).

If you have blankets for the babies, you can probably skip or check sweatshirts/jackets for them, just wrap them up if they seem cold. I'd also check the bag with nighttime stuff and the bag with stroller/park accessories, but don't put ME tags on them. That way you don't have to haul them through the airport and on the plane but you can still have it in your room in Orlando without having to wait for ME, just pick it up at the Orlando baggage claim. Honestly I can't see how you have enough hands to haul all these items through the airport - a backpack each to wear, good, but how do you plan to push 2 strollers (why not a double?) and haul 2 rolling suitcases? Plus carry the camera bag and briefcase? And the stroller bag?

And a shirt for your DH. The first time we went on a flight with baby we both ended up covered in spitup

Patience and understanding for each other :) have a wonderful trip!!!!

Just back yesterday. Zero problems on the flight or the parks. It took dh and I about 36 hours to get in a routine and stop trying to kill each other, but after we figured out how to do things, the days were flawless (well dh got pooped on twice, but with twin infants that is expected I guess). Babies didn't even notice take off or landing and we didn't need to feed them to keep their ears good. They just were.
