On our cruise 6 months ago I had gift baskets for my family made up by a wonderful company called The Perfect Gift and I asked her to include Mouse Ears in the baskets. These are the official Mouse Ears, bought at WDW, but not embroidered at the time they were purchased.

Can we bring these Mouse Ear hats with us on our trip in July and have them embroidered, or do they have to be embroidered only at time of purchase? I would love to bring our hats back and have our names put on them.

Thanks in advance! :earsboy: :earsgirl:

I think they will be happy to embroider your name on it, however, be prepared.. they may ask for a receipt. When I went to Disneyland Paris on my honeymoon, I purchased DLP Mouse Ears but they did not have embroidery service in DL Paris. I ended up bringing the DLP mouse ears to Disneyland in CA to see if they would embroider my name. They asked for a receipt..which I did not bring. But since my ears say DLP, they knew I did not "steal" them...so they went ahead and embroidered my name. I was so happy!!

I would go ahead and give it a try. Good Luck!

When I went to Disney World in Oct. of 2004, I bought my Mickey Ears at a store in MGM Studios and then the next day I went to the Magic Kingdom and had them embroidered my name on them. I had my receipt with me, but they never asked to see it. So I would think you would be fine, but if you still have the receipt for them, I would bring it just in case.
